Who we are
We hear and we obey the command of our Lord, to help each and every human on this Earth, regardless of any differences in race, gender, background, social status, and more.
At our core, we are a religious organization that is affiliated with the Ahmadiyya Movement in Islam. We have accepted the Promised Messiah who we believe to be the second coming of Jesus Christ. During his time, the Promised Messiah held a convention in Qadian, India for his followers which spanned over three days. It was at this time, that the Promised Messiah started “Langar Khana” or a community kitchen for the attendees of this convention. Regardless of a person’s race, wealth, or social status, attendees were welcomed at this “Langar Khana” and were given food at no cost at all. It is in this spirit that we founded a chapter of this “Langar Khana” only this time, it runs halfway across the globe, in the heart of Baltimore, Maryland.
